Why hasn’t my parcel been delivered although I received the tracking number some days ago?
At times, distribution hubs may batch process delivery parcels and send tracking numbers all at once. Please note that this does not necessarily mean that your package will be immediately shipped out from the distribution hub, and it may still take a few days.
This process is done to automate and speed up the fulfillment process. Rest assured that your package will be shipped out as soon as possible and you will be provided with any necessary updates along the way.
