For customers who wish to modify their shipping address to a different country, please note that this can be done through the Pledge Manager while it is still open. Once the Pledge Manager is closed, please contact us directly at email@example.com to make the change.
It is important to note that if the shipping has already left for the distribution hubs, we will need to be notified as soon as possible to ensure that your parcel it is redirected to the correct hub. We are happy to assist with this change at no additional cost, but we must be informed in a timely manner to ensure that it is done correctly.
