When will I receive my replacement component?

We always try to deliver replacement components for damaged or missing items to our customers as quickly as possible. However, this process can sometimes take longer than expected, as it depends on the availability of the specific component in question. We handle each case individually and give top priority to any components that prevent players from enjoying the game, such as miniatures or cards.

Although we make every effort to expedite the replacement process, we guarantee that any non-essential pieces should be delivered within 5 months of notification. Much earlier if possible. We want our customers to have the best possible experience with our games, and we are committed to ensuring that all necessary components are replaced in a timely and efficient manner.
