Kickstarter Exclusives are not sold separately anywhere. Users who have purchased the Kickstarter edition of the game will receive all the Kickstarter exclusives, but those who have purchased the retail edition of the game will not. If you want to get the Kickstarter Exclusives, the only way is to back the campaign during the Kickstarter period or to purchase them from someone who has backed the campaign and is willing to sell them.
